Who should be the fashion celeb of the month?
Okay so I decided to do a fashion celeb of the month!! I will post a list of four celebs (with pics) and you e-mail me or comment which one has the best fashion. The celeb who everyone voted for will have a pic of herself turned into a banner and posted below the title of this blog!!
