A lot of my friends paint their nails one color than make one nail different from all the others!!  At first I thought it was weird, but than I painted my nails like that and it turned out really cute!!  Here's a pic of what I am talking about!!

Cons:

1. If you touch it, it rubs off

2. Smudges after about 5 hours                                                                 

3. Hard to make the line thin above your lash line

4. If you mess up and try to fix it with the liner it rubs off

5. Slips when you are trying to draw

Pros:

1. Great price

2. Love the color

3. When applyed on right it looks good

ELF LIQUID LINER PROS AND CONS

Cons:

1. Slips easily

2. Doesn't come in a big bottle

3. A little hard to keep in a straight line

4. Very hard to rub off

Pros:

1. AWESOME PRICE!!

2. Love the results if you put it on correctly!!

3. Easy to make it the thickness you would like it to be

4. Love the color!!

5. When you apply it on the brush moves very smoothly

AND THE WINNER IS...

ELF LIQUID LINER!!

ALTHOUGH THEY BOTH HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT OF CONS, I LIKE THE RESULTS OF ELF'S FAR BETTER!!
